Executive / Personal Assistant to Managing Partner
Primary support to the senior managing partner. Duties will include but are not limited to: lots of meeting coordination, lots of follow-through on emails, action points and business related project work (minimal phones and very lite travel arrangements); personal work will include coordinating to aligning executive calendars, children’s activities & appointments, arranging appointments, dinners, luncheons, vacations, meetings and manage other related communication with house manager
Responsible for office management duties and encouraged to use creative skills to enhance office decor, meeting rooms and over all ambiance

Requirements: Bright, pro-active, calm, resourceful, someone who enjoys the assistant role and making an executive’s job easier; 3 to 10 years of executive level support in the financial world preferred but not required. This is an add to staff position.
