Executive Personal Assistant to President ( Co-Founder) and Family, provide high-level right hand support.
Duties include: Preparing correspondence, maintaining Salesforce database, conducting research, managing and scheduling complex calendar of appointments, travel arrangements both business and personal, arranging meetings and events, answering phones, meeting and greeting clients / visitors, project work. Office management functions could include: reviewing operating practices and implement improvements, work with other admin staff to help make sure the office running smoothly, ordering office supplies, etc.
Personal work will include coordinating with family to coordinate calendar; some supervision of household staff; personal affairs including shopping, planning vacations, managing art/wine collections and purchases; tracking budgets and other related duties

Hours: 8:45am-6pm, work / life balance with some after hours navigating especially during times that he may travel but not excessive
