Receptionist/Coordinator - This position will support a quickly growing office staff of individuals in a luxury office space. For the right individual, this position could lead to growth within the firm. Last two candidates placed in this role were promoted into admin roles very quickly.
Responsibilities: Greet visitors and clients; answer phones and communicate appropriate information; coordinate scheduling of meetings/conference calls and arrange location/call details; assist with inventory and stocking of kitchen and copy room; calendar management of several conference rooms; ensure completion of tasks in timely manner; assist w/ ad-hoc projects and in-office events.
Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving capabilities; Bachelor’s degree required; some experience in a professional office-setting preferred; strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize; working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Outlook and Word; PowerPoint a plus; dedicated, reliable, thorough and professional, with hands-on attitude and willingness to perform any and all responsibilities required for success; available remotely at times to provide support nights and/or weekends (earning OT); team-player!
Compensation: Annual salary w/ experience & discretionary bonus, non-exempt (paid overtime). Full benefits & 401(k) upon starting

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm – flexibility for remote paid overtime
