The receptionist is the face and voice of the firm. Duties include but are not limited to answering calls, greeting guests, managing guest log and having names entered in a timely manner for building security, maintenance of meeting rooms and ensuring that rooms are tidy for guests/visitors, running reports, ad-hoc projects as needed; support Executive Assistants with any overflow as needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills, must be proactive, have good energy, a positive attitude and a no job is too small mentality. The firm wants a candidate that will be dedicated to the role for a minimum of two years as there is great growth potential within the firm.
1-2 years of experience in similar role within financial service experience strongly preferred; Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
