We are working with a well-established client that is looking to bring on a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to their team.
Location: New York, NY (on site)
Duration: Open-ended, 4-6 months
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and maintenance of the facility systems
- Provide user end support for existing systems
- Manage the facility department ticketing system
- Respond to tickets in a friendly and timely manner
- Assist with set up and break down of events
- Assist with additional projects
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience as an facilities coordinator, office coordinator, or clerk role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
