50K+ Exempt + bonus Administrative/ Accounts Payable Associate
New York City-based family office responsible for the management of a High Net Worth family’s wealth and interests, seeks an administrative/ accounts payable associate to join their dedicated small (7pp) team. Must be skilled at working both independently and collaboratively, excellent at managing up, proactive and a hard worker. Tight-knit group with virtually no turnover.
Key responsibilities: General Accounts Payable; Preparation of Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Expense Reports; Various administrative duties including: data entry, supply orders, filing, storage management, mail distribution, occasional local deliveries and errands; Ad hoc crisis management/ problem solving; Maintain high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Finance; Minimum 2 years’ office experience; Impeccable judgment; Unparalleled organizational skills and attention to detail (Type A personalities welcome); Excellent, demonstrated written and oral communication skills; Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook); Experience with QuickBooks a plus.
Hours/Benefits: 9-5:30, exempt, discretionary bonus eligible; excellent benefits through Tri-net.
