50 employees Asset Management – Fund of Funds - Midtown Manhattan
$70-85k Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities: Help admin team with opening and closing the office each day, as needed Assist with upkeep of facilities, including ordering inventory, restocking the kitchen and supply rooms, and informing building staff of other issues; Prepare office for client meetings; Perform back-up reception duties as needed daily ; Manage travel arrangements and associated reservations for employees; Conduct research and gather market data for Admin team initiatives; Assist HR with ad-hoc recruiting tasks, including reviewing and processing incoming resumes.
Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong multitasking ability, exceptional attention to detail and conscientiousness, good judgment, with positive and unflappable attitude, organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel,, PowerPoint) preferred; At least 6 months to 1 years of corporate experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Hours: 8:30am-6pm – this role has built in paid overtime, bonus eligible
