Alternative investment management firm led by founding member and Chief Investment Officer previously from Goldman Sachs. The firm, launched in 2005, has offices in New York, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Approximately 90 staff in NYC office.

Responsibilities: Answer main phone line, screen and route incoming calls appropriately; Greet and accompany guests to the appropriate conference room, notifying the employee of the guest’s arrival; Register guest’s name into building security system; Coordinate internal and external meetings, maintain conference room calendars and adjust as needed. Provide clerical support to the teams. Provide back-up support to the Admin team, managing all outgoing and incoming mail, FedEx shipping labels and coordinating messenger service; placing catering orders for meetings and events. Ensure that the firm’s office space (e.g., waiting area and conference rooms) is well maintained; Assist in coordinating firm events; and provide back-up support for ad hoc projects, such as book binding.





Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of receptionist/administrative support or hospitality experience; Convey a polished and professional appearance and demeanor towards staff members, clients and vendors at all times; diplomatic and tactful with the firm’s staff and clients. Superb time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Word and Outlook; respond to requests, on occasion, beyond normal office hours; Punctual, able to work overtime as necessary.

Hours/Benefits: 9:00am-6:00pm with 1 hour lunch; non-exempt/eligible for paid over time. 100% company paid health benefits, 401K plan, vacation time, PTO, to name a few.
