As a Coordinator, you will play a critical role to ensure overall department organization and effectiveness. Looking for a motivated and talented Coordinator who is passionate about supporting programs, products and services for professionals in the residential real estate industry. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the head of Residential Services and Events with day-to-day duties
  • Coordinate resources needed to make effective decisions (check list for committee meetings, venue reservations, timely communication/reminders, strong data gathering and reporting, superior relationship management)
  • Coordinate program and event logistics, including attendee tracking, presentations, materials, onsite support, post-event data, and evaluations
  • Support planning and execution of high-profile events for the residential brokerage community
  • Collect and track program and event payments, including sponsorship contributions
  • Report program performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Create marketing materials and produce social media and digital ideas to promote programs and events
  • Handle internal and external inquiries regarding programs and services for residential brokerage membership
  • Create and maintain event calendar, weekly content for newsletter and additional communication efforts
  • Schedule committee meetings, manage invitations, RSVP list, pre-registration and on-site registration
  • Prepare and submit vendor payments
  • Attend committee meetings, capture decisions and action items, distribute minutes to stakeholders
  • Exercise discretion, diplomacy and professionalism at all times


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service and operational support to both internal and external clients
  • Experience in a project management environment including planning, coordination and execution
  • Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented
  • Tech savvy. Advanced competencies in Microsoft Office
