Job Description
The Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s data systems. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and capable of working collaboratively to support the data needs of different departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of data entry, data validation, and data quality control.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of data into CRM systems, databases, and other relevant tools.
- Perform regular audits and updates to maintain data accuracy and completeness.

- Collaborate with different departments to gather, standardize, and integrate data from various sources.
- Develop and implement data management protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues and system functionality.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Document data processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure operational continuity.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies related to data security and privacy.

Collaboration and Support:
- Act as a point of contact for data-related inquiries and support requests from staff and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and assistance to team members regarding data management and usage.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in data coordination, data entry, or data management, preferably in a non-profit or similar setting.
- Proficiency in data management software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
