EA to Chief Compliance Officer and team

This position will provide direct support to the Chief Compliance Officer and the Compliance team. The role independently performs advanced administrative support duties related to the Compliance team’s responsibilities with the goal of making the most efficient use of the team’s time. Position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, administrative support experience using office technologies (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,), self-starter skills, ability to operate independently and ability to interact with internal and external contacts with professionalism and good judgement.
Responsibilities: Manage calendar and coordinate meetings, events and travel. Handle expense reports; Maintain various timely and accurate compliance logs and records; Prepare presentations, memos and letters; Prepare and review reports and provide regular updates; Filter incoming correspondence (i.e. calls/emails) and mail, and respond, as requested, and escalate, as appropriate; May participate in projects and/or initiatives as directed by the Compliance team and/or the Chief Compliance Officer; **TEAM PLAYER AND COLLABORATIVE A MUST**
MINIMUM of 3+ years of related experience, specifically supporting a senior executive; A high level of proficiency with computers; advanced knowledge of and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; Excellent organizational skills; Good analytical skills to collect, assemble, and organize data, both in electronic and hard copy; Ability to handle and maintain confidential material.
