Event Set Up Specialist

Job Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Event Set-Up Specialist / Brand Ambassador to assist with a one-day campus event at a university in Rochester, NY. This role involves setting up event materials, creating an inviting atmosphere, and engaging with students and attendees to represent our brand professionally and energetically.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with unloading, setting up, and breaking down event equipment (tents, tables, banners, signage, promotional items, etc.)

Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the day

Greet and engage with students and event attendees in a friendly and professional manner

Distribute promotional materials and answer general questions about the brand or event

Take photos and help capture content for social media (if applicable)

Follow all safety and event guidelines
Schedule:

5:30am - 11:00pm
-
Must be available for the entire event duration, including setup and breakdown
Job Requirements
Requirements:

Must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for several hours

Comfortable working outdoors and in changing weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
