Executive / Personal Assistant to the senior partner of the firm. As right-hand handle all aspects of the executive’s business and personal affairs to meticulous standards, anticipating and preempting needs and ensuring accessibility by phone and in person to handle requests and troubleshoot; manage executive calendar including calls, meetings, appointments and travel; planning  itinerary and providing support/ troubleshooting; maintain office systems including contacts, filing, and data and network management; manage accounts and budgets including reconciling expenses; manage executive phone line with utmost professionalism and discreteness; welcoming/serving guests and offsite coordination; liaise with internal and external staff to maintain and enhance the executive’s agenda; support executive in people management through hiring and managing staff. Manage earnings calendar proactively and diligently; manage participation in earnings calls, conferences, meetings; capture and distribute documents, research reports, earnings reports, transcripts, presentations; monitor conference calendar and highlight relevant meetings or topics; carry out projects and background research and be able to present findings; Personal support: manage personal calendar, coordinate personal travel, maintain domestic office systems and manage domestic accounts and budgets to the same high standards as executive support; oversee event planning including on-site coordination and troubleshooting; personal shopping and services; Deputize for the executive in domestic management of properties, assets and staff; provide estate management duties of properties and assets; Provide HR function of domestic infrastructure including people management payroll, benefits, etc; Oversee, delegate or perform domestic duties in the absence of staff, being flexible to operate from domestic settings and to travel !

 

Qualifications required: prior EA experience; Bachelor’s Degree; Excellent communication, written and oral, and organizational skills; Detail orientation; Strong MS Office/Outlook skills; Technology skills (a strong plus); Team player with the ability to work independently; High integrity and positive attitude. Able to be flexible with hours: 7:30 AM–6:30 PM, and overtime 24/7 when needed.
