Executive Assistant / Office Manager / Boutique NYC office

Executive Assistant support for the two Partners and small team
• Manage calendars including conference calls, vacations and client meetings
• Arrange travel bookings, itineraries and visa coordination
• Coordinate the production of materials; for example, presentation books and reports, meeting prep packets, and other tasks
• Assist with all Event Planning for investor meetings, portfolio companies etc.
• As sole assistant in the NYC office additionally functions as office manager, duties include but not limited to office administration, ordering kitchen and office supplies, set-up break-down kitchen, coordinate any lunches, or breakfast meetings; handling mail, and managing conference logistics, as needed
Collaborate with HR out of west coast offices with Slack Messaging etc.
 
 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:5 to 10 years related experience preferably out of finance; degree preferred; outgoing & warm; excellent tech, writing & communication skills.
