Executive Assistant / Office Manager / Boutique NYC office
• Arrange travel bookings, itineraries and visa coordination
• Coordinate the production of materials; for example, presentation books and reports, meeting prep packets, and other tasks
Job Requirements
Qualifications:5 to 10 years related experience preferably out of finance; degree preferred; outgoing & warm; excellent tech, writing & communication skills.
