Job Description
EXEMPT. HRS. 7:30-5, flex to OT and some weekend meeting coordination
5 days in the office
EA/Office Coordinator in GREENWICH CT OFFICE / PE Firm
Supporting the senior leadership team with admin support alongside senior executive's dedicated and long-term PA
Need flexibility and team player
Will act as a coordinator, team lead and go to person
Also, the role acts as a Team Rep to the 4/5 EAs helping to unite them as a team
Will handle logistics for onsite events and meetings, some of which are on weekends

Job Requirements
Prior EA experience in the financial industry strongly preferred with C suite-
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal-
Tech Savvy--MS Office Suite, Access Database, and more
