Job Description
Executive Assistant supporting 2 partners, and small team of 7. Duties include executive and administrative support to the two partners; coordinate global and domestic travel on chartered private flights; manage busy calendar of meetings (they prefer in person meetings verses Zoom) on Outlook, MS office, prepare T &E's, 90% business related support work; partners set their own schedule
Duties for the additional 7 include mostly expenses for 3 associates and some lite travel coordination for 3 VP's which is mostly group-bookings on privately chartered plane
Job Requirements
Qualifications: 7 -10 years + executive assistant experience preferably out of corporate / finance; MS Office Suite; excellent written and communication skills; pleasant professional demeanor.
Additional Information
Position is exempt with generous discretionary bonus
Schedule: In office 5 days a week
Hours: 9-5:30pm (work/ life balance)
Lite after hours navigating when needed
