Executive / Personal Assistant to Creator Director (remote with some NYC meetings/errands)
Hours: 10am-6pm---some after hours when needed
Duties will include but not limited to: scheduling meetings; coordinating busy calendar; business and personal appointments; scheduling zooms; writing correspondence; helping with NYC based tasks/errands; managing personal billing; coordinating dinner reservations; checking emails/ inbox, managing some TKT requests for shows; managing contacts/clients and ad-hoc projects.
