Job Description
We are working with a well-established financial services firm that is looking to bring on an Executive Assistant to their team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to 3-6 staff.
- Coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, and restaurants in accordance with the Travel & Expenses Policy.
- Process expenses via Expense Policy
- Assist with projects and event planning
- Prioritize and follow up on all issues and concerns until completion.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Bachelors degree
