Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an executive team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and documents as needed.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure timely retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate the executive's calendar to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in handling travel arrangements, calendar management, and executive support duties.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role supporting senior-level management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other common office software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
