EA/OM to the entire office (9 Person Real Estate Hedge Fund)

Duties include: Phone coverage for team members, including broker calls for Portfolio Managers; Manage calendars and contacts for Portfolio Managers; Book travel for the investment team; Draft monthly expense reports and collect receipts for team; Negotiate appropriate credits with vendors when service is disrupted; Monitor supplies and place orders to keep all office and kitchen supplies stocked; Maintain cleanliness of office common areas; Arrange and participate in conference calls with phone and IT vendors to address technical issues; Maintain research files and vendor files; Set up and breakdown refreshments for meetings, including ordering breakfast & lunch when necessary; Prepare and distribute outgoing and incoming mail; Keep all office contact sheets up to date, including the Business Continuity Plan; Work with CFO and Director of Operations to facilitate any infrastructure changes; Personal assistance for the Founding Partner (meetings, errands, family travel); Ensure general upkeep of the office; Ad-hoc projects as needed

3+ years experience in a corporate office environment, strong MS Office Suite, highly organized and detail oriented, team player with a no job is too small attitude

Hours/Benefits: 8:30am-5:30m, Exempt; discretionary bonus, paid Medical and Dental insurance, 401K, Transit check, 2 weeks vacations (plus personal/sick/paid holidays)
