Executive Assistant to Executive Director – 70 Person Non-Profit – West Harlem
Primary responsibility of ensuring the Executive Director's day-to-day runs smoothly. The candidate should also be proactive, exercise good judgment, and handle confidential information with respect. The role involves managing the Director's phone line and emails, providing sophisticated calendar management, arranging travel and meetings, conducting research, liaising with others, and other ad hoc tasks and events.
Salary: base $70-80k, excellent comprehensive benefits package
Hours: In-Office Monday – Friday in West Harlem office. The ideal candidate will be flexible depending on ad-hoc projects and issues that arise.
Job Requirements
Requirements: Professional EA experience, some higher education preferred.
Strong communication skills including in writing and speaking. Attention to detail and accuracy in the creation of high quality work products. Experience in fast-paced professional environments; ability to take the initiative and meet deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Google Suite.
