90-110K+ DOE Executive Assistant to the President
Provide the full range of senior executive level administrative support to this newly-hired President. Independent problem solver who thinks ahead; raises questions relative to schedule, meetings, travel, etc., thinks like ‘an owner’ and able to work with little or no direction. Able to effectively represent the brand and the firm. Professional, thoughtful, skilled at maintaining client relationships. Able to multi-task and stay one step ahead in daily communications.
Responsibilities: Support President with extensive calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, contact management, and other administrative tasks such as; gift purchasing, holiday mailings, & other correspondence. Coordinate some personal family travel. Partner with other members of the administrative team, backing up other EA’s and Receptionist as needed. Support other associates in the firm as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. At least five (5) years of experience as an Executive Assistant within financial services strongly preferred. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to take initiative and ownership without being asked. Disciplined and organized. Excellent judgment and common sense. Discretion and utmost respect for confidentiality
Hours/Benefits: In the office approximately 9 am - 5/6 pm, flexible between the hours of 8am and 6:30pm; available for some 24/7 coverage; strong discretionary bonus, 100% paid healthcare; strong profit-sharing plan.
