Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO - 200+ Employee Investment Management Firm - Midtown Manhattan - 40-Years Old
Executive & Personal Assistant to the Chairman/CEO. Primary responsibility of ensuring the CEO's day-to-day runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate should be a team player who can work under high pressure and in a fluid environment, possess a general understanding of the business, and be able to manage simultaneous tasks. The candidate should also be proactive, exercise good judgment, and handle confidential information with respect.
The role involves managing the CEO's phone line, providing sophisticated calendar management, arranging travel and meetings, conducting research projects, liaising with other assistants, and other ad hoc tasks. Additionally, the Personal Assistant responsibilities include arranging personal travel, coordinating with the CEO's wife, managing expenses, and other personal errands.
