Expense Coordinator (Remote)
Job Description
We are working with a well established financial services firm that is looking to bring on an Expense Coordinator to their team. This position is fully remote.
Essential Job Functions
- Review employee expense reports online to ensure accuracy and adherence to T&E policy.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries and complaints.
- Investigate and resolve T&E-related issues and questions.
- Analyze data to generate comprehensive management reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.
- Suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
