Leading global alternative management Firm / 30+ employees NYC office /over 650 globally
$60-75k + Dis. Bonus etc. Front Desk and Facilities Coordinator
Duties: Welcoming and greeting visitors & guests; administrative support to office and HR manager;
Maintenance of meeting rooms; Administration of Reception & Meeting Room Calendars; Preparation of FedEx/UPS/mail envelopes & boxes; Printing and binding presentations; Mail distribution; Coordination for on-site breakfast/lunch catering; handle holiday parties, & events; assist with retreat and outings; Coordination of hotel and car services for visitors; Coordination of monthly birthday celebrations; Assist in the management of office supplies; Assist in ordering and unpacking of weekly office food/beverages; Administrative overflow (business cards, expenses, etc.); main contact for vendor relations; Coordination of hotel and car services for visitors • Coordination of monthly birthday celebrations • Coordination with Building Management for services • Purchasing and management of office supplies • Ordering, unpacking and restocking of weekly office food/beverages • Monthly T&E report preparation • Plant vendor coordination & holiday decoration management
Job Requirements
Requirements: experience in similar role; Bachelor's Degree; Proven organizational skills; Quick learner, meticulous, detail-oriented; team player; Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook; Professional demeanor & phone manner.

Schedule: 8:30am – 5:30pm
