Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional to assist with a key transition project and provide general HR support. This part-time role (20 hours/week) is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is comfortable working independently, managing vendors, and supporting a small team through operational and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition for payroll services
- Consolidate benefits administration (currently across five providers) into a single streamlined platform
- Coordinate with vendors and manage communications during the transition
- Support recruiting and internship program efforts
- Handle employment verifications and general employee inquiries
- Assist with vendor coordination related to an upcoming office move
- Participate in broader HR and administrative functions depending on skill set
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant HR or operations experience
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
