Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively across departments to support our workforce and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist in the development of training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Participate in organizational development initiatives and support employee engagement efforts.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
