Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives that support our company’s goals. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, on-boarding, and retention efforts to attract and maintain top talent.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements to ensure best HR practices.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR management software.
