Job Description

We are working with a well-established company who is looking to bring on a Marketing Coordinator to their team.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assist department heads email campaigns, signage, and marketing collateral within the company.
  • Assist with team members with the production of proposals and presentations
  • Assist with various administrative ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral, resources, and information.
  • Additional ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience within the media industry, preferably, at Architecture, network, or agency.
  • Appetite for learning and a curiosity-driven mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, attention to detail-led approach with the ability to multi-task and manage time.
  • Familiar with Outlook, Word, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Slides.
