Job Description
Job Duties
- Work with senior staff and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards.
- Perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, resources, and information.
- Work closely with other marketing team members to complete tasks as assigned.
- Position requires in-office attendance
Job Requirements
Your Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in a marketing position with a design or professional services firm, prior experience in the AEC industry is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Ability to lead conversations confidently and strategically and collaborate closely with leadership on win pursuit efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work with multiple project teams and in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency of InDesign is required.
- Proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator/ Google Slides / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus.
