Job Description
Office Manager/EA to Managing Director/HR/Operations - 200-Person boutique, European based Strategy, branding, retail design for luxury brands/fashion and beauty
Chelsea Location - Manhattan - 7-person NYC office - Established 1990's in Paris
· Looking for 3-6+ years’ experience with stability
· Right hand to General Manager, help with calendar, meeting coordination, arranging travel
· Point person for everyone in office. Will handle all Office Management responsibilities
· Organize events and team building activities
· HR responsibilities including assisting with recruiting, onboarding, etc.
· Someone who wants to take responsibility and has ideas. Will help build the creative team
· Leadership and management skills
· Marketing and compliance
· Someone to take initiative and help Ella build the office and the team
Job Requirements
4/1 hybrid currently. The remote day is Tuesday, but this could be flexible
Hours: 9/9:30-6, with earlier hours on Friday - 9-5pm
*French fluency is a big plus, but not necessary.
90 day wait for benefits: Medical, dental, vision, employee pays 30%
2 weeks’ vacation (could be negotiable)
No 401K yet, but will be getting it this year.
