We are working with a well-established client that is looking to bring on a dynamic Office Administrator to their team.

Location: New York,  NY (on site)

Duration: Open-ended, 4-6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Manage the front desk area
  • Provide administrative support to specific team members
  • Schedule appointments for staff members and coordinate conference rooms
  • Assist with office events and supply inventory

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
