Job Description
We are seeking a professional and dependable Office Assistant to manage front desk duties, support daily administrative functions, and assist with seasonal tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet visitors, manage mail and office supplies
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support event logistics
- Assist with document handling (scanning, filing, proofreading, data entry)
- Manage couriers and general office communications
- Support the Operations Manager and executive team as needed
- Help process and track donations during busy periods
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience (nonprofit experience is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and tech skills (Microsoft Office, Dropbox; Asana and Salesforce a plus)
- Professional presence, positive attitude, and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with front desk responsibilities in a business-casual office setting
