Office Coordinator

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Regular schedule: Tuesday and Thursday - Tues and Thurs will be in-office

(Closed for Thanksgiving 10/28 and 12/23-1/3/2025)

Hours: 9:30am-5:00pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing award entries for compliance
  • Data Entry
  • Communicating effectively with team and manager
  • Follow direction and process in place while using critical thinking skills

  • Excellent reasoning and communication skills 
  • Strong Excel skills 
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
