Front Desk and Special Events Coordinator, provide front desk support, meet and greet clients / investors, open and close the office, meet and greet clients and guests, handle fedex, packages, and vendor relations, set –up for client meetings and food service, maintain kitchen, stock printers, order supplies, back up to office facilities, answer phones, work closely with admin team, coordinate conference rooms, assist with events, catering, and menu planning and special projects related to events.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills ~ both written and verbal, time management skills, out-going team player, positive attitude, ability to multitask, detail-oriented, proficient MS office suite. 4-year college degree; 1+ year of office work experience, strong internships or hospitality a plus. Creative professional team and the role is extremely interactive!
