Office Manager / EA

Function as office management with various administrative and front desk responsibilities: order supplies, liaise with vendors & building management, organize travel and general admin support to team of 20, manage daily/weekly reports, back-up support to the portfolio manager, arrange for firm events (summer BBQ, holiday Dinner, special events when needed), lunches, and dinners; provide support to the COO, light personal assistance; maintain reception area, coordinate conference calls, meet and greet guests/clients, answer some phones, mail, FedEx, general clerical duties, troubleshoot IT issues, excel projects, and other ad-hoc projects. Interactive friendly team in place.
Requirements: Four-year college degree preferred, bright, pro-active, prior EA or OM experience, calm, resourceful, someone who enjoys and enthusiastic about the assistant role and making an executive’s job easier and enabling an office to run smoothly. Tech Savvy and strong excel, financial experience a plus.
