Job Summary:
The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating administrative support, overseeing facilities, and ensuring that day-to-day activities are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle correspondence and communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

Facilities Management:
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Manage office space and layout to optimize productivity and comfort.

Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
- Organize and maintain files and records in a confidential manner.

Budget and Finance:
- Manage office budget and expenditures, including ordering supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

Event Planning:
- Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure all logistics are handled, including venue arrangements, catering, and technology needs.

Human Resources Support:
- Assist with HR functions such as maintaining employee records and managing leave requests.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and office morale.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
