Operations & Human Resources Manager

This position will partner with management team to develop and execute operations strategies and programs.

Responsibilities include: Manage office and administrative operations with the goal of reducing waste, managing risk, and increasing efficiency, Manage IT, legal, financial, and business development, Oversee ongoing daily operations and procedures, coordinate with IT consultant to troubleshoot network, software, and equipment issues, research and evaluate drafting, rendering, and project management software, develop and maintain strong relationships with office vendors, develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants including IT, legal counsel, insurance brokers, marketing, etc, review all contracts prior to renewal or approval, act as point of contact with building management, manage Office Administrator’s duties and lead ad hoc projects to maintain office

Human Resources Responsibilities: Manage full HR life-cycle including recruitment, orientation, training, retention, and transition/termination: Act as point of contact for visa-related legal counsel and gather material for visa: sponsorship applications: Create, review, and/or update HR policies under guidance of the Director of HR: Research and maintain company compliance with employment laws across local, state,and federal levels with the assistance of consultants: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns which may require mediation of conflicts: Ad hoc duties such as scheduling a company off-site, event planning, on-boarding employees to new HR software, etc.


Requirements: 5+ years of business management experience in a small to medium sized firm, Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field preferred, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and time management software; Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information,; High sense of ownership and responsibility with a drive to push initiatives; Ability to manage multiple long-term engagements and partnerships; Excellent ability to operate under pressure and problem-solve with a positive, cheerful attitude. NOTE: Growth direction of position will be towards COS
