Reception / Concierge

Duties: primary responsibility for managing front desk activities; coordinating conference rooms, office maintenance, and all standard reception duties. This position will be the point of contact between the gourmet chef (on premises) and the office, ensuring all breakfast/lunch meetings are communicated, office attendance, and other ad-hoc needs. Administrative duties will include handling all calendars and meeting requests for five different companies. Liaison on a daily basis with high-profile dignitaries, celebrities and high-net-worth clients
Hours: 8:45-6pm (exempt)
Requirements: Strong academic standing, college degree strongly preferred. Experience in the hospitality or service oriented industry a plus. Excellent communication and writing skills, team player. Excellent references.
