Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization and its services.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
