Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders accurately
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
- Inspect products for defects and report damages
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Assist in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
