Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and Excel-proficient Tax Credit Administrator to support the processing of federal and state tax credits. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with growth potential into a supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process tax credit programs including WOTC, R&D, and ERC
- Use advanced Excel for data analysis, formulas, and reporting
- Review payroll data and support client/vendor communications
- Coordinate multiple projects with precision and timeliness
- Follow structured, compliance-driven processes
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Background in transactional accounting, finance, or AP/AR
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Experience with payroll systems and business communications
Preferred:
- Experience with tax credits (WOTC, R&D, ERC)
- Background in client/vendor management or sales
- Leadership potential or interest in team management
