Job Description
A dynamic financial services firm is seeking a highly motivated and sharp Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. This role requires a combination of administrative, analytical, and operational support, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing workflows, ensuring efficiency in daily processes.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Director of Market Data.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Communicate professionally via email, phone, and virtual meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and follow up on action items.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior experience in financial services, operations, or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Must possess strong common sense and decision-making abilities.
- Mature, responsible, and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
