Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a courteous and professional manner
- Escort guests to meeting rooms and ensure they are connected with the appropriate staff member or salesperson
- Coordinate and manage meeting room setup, including arranging refreshments, breakfast, and lunch as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting areas before and after use
- Monitor meeting schedules and provide support as needed to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees
- Oversee proper waste disposal and general tidiness of common areas
